Digital Video Recorders and Camera Warranty Information
A 1 year limited parts warranty agreement will apply to all the locations that Wilson Electric Security Division has installed if all the noted condition written in this page is in accordance with.
1 year limited parts warranty agreement will cover most components of the DVR system and installation. If the cameras and DVR components have not been tampered with, relocated, or re-programmed in any un-authorized manner not approved by WESD then warranty will be honored.

The 1st list is what component are covered for 1 years, but not labor to replace any component. The warranty covers the cost of the product and standard UPS or FED-EX ground shipping ONLY. Customer is responsible for hiring WESD or any outside company to install product if the technician is qualified and a certified computer technician. Or warranty is void after the point of the replacement install, unless approved by WESD.
All system components are guaranteed to be in a working condition internally during and after the installation; internet connectivity is not guaranteed to work if prior forms are not completed and if arrangements have not been made with the Internet Service Provider prior to the installation.
The entire system must be protected by an approved battery backup and surge protector, installed on ALL components of the system; if system is not completely protected then the entire warranty is VOID and will not be honored by WESD.
Temperature Control is Vital to the systems DVR Computer system, if systems ambient temperature exceeded 80 degrees Fahrenheit the warranty will not cover DVR Tower, but will cover standard cam-50mh and wiring if there has been no modification the any component of the system.
This warranty is valid if all the above terms have been met for a period of five years from the purchase date of the equipment. If any violations of the above terms have occurred the warranty will not cover the component of the system that has been compromised. If any component of the system fails, and caused a secondary reaction and causing any other component to fail, the first component will be warranted if the component is on the above approved list of covered components and if all manufacture and WESD terms have been met but the secondary or any other component caused by the first components failure is not covered.
