Security Camera Support Contract Options



All support contract options require the customer to have an internet connection available at the location of the video equipment. All support contracts are billed annually. Support contracts can be paid in monthly installments with the inclusion of a $25 per month convenience fee

Support contracts can be added at any time, but if a contract is not started at the time of equipment purchase then a $299.00 enrolment fee and site survey will be enforced before the new contract will go into effect.

Option 1 $ 1,788.00 per year ($149.00 + $25 per month)
Included services:
Remote Video Server Monitoring
Remote Video Server Rebooting (with purchase of additional hardware)
One Phone Support Incident per month
One Video Event Lookup per quarter
One Warranty Labor Event per quarter

Option 2 $ 3,588.00 per year ($299.00 + $25 per month)
Included services:
(all of option 1 services plus)
Two Phone Support Incidents per month
Two Video Event Lookups per month
One Video Event Trans-code per quarter
One Warranty Labor Event per month
One Non-Warranty Labor Event per quarter
Non-Warranty Hardware Credit of $500 per year

Option 3 $ 7,188.00 per year ($599.00 + $25 per month)
Included services:
(all of option 1 and 2 services plus)
Unlimited Phone Support Incidents per month
Five Video Event Lookups per month
Two Video Event Trans-codes per month
One Non-Warranty Labor Event per month
Non-Warranty Hardware Credit of $1,500 per year
Yearly Video Server Check-up visit
