Security Camera Event Pricing
Video Event Lookup: $ 49.00
A single event within one 2 hour period of video lasting one hour or less. Multi-day events or events that last more than one hour are subject to discretionary pricing. Video is transferred to the client via direct download.
Video Event Trans-code: $ 150.00
One single Video Event Lookup trans-coded to a video DVD disc and mailed via postal mail to the client. Expedited delivery is available for an additional cost.
Movie Mode DVD: $350.00
One single Video Event Lookup trans-coded to a video DVD disc and formatted into the form of switching between camera views of the incident and mailed via postal mail to the client. Expedited delivery is available for an additional cost.
Warranty Labor Event: $125.00
Non-Warranty Labor Event: $ 200.00
Remote Video Server Monitoring: $ 50.00 per month
Video Server Check-up Visit: $ 500.00 (In-Town)
Phone Support Incident: $ 50.00 (billed in 15 minute increments)
