All Estimates are good for 30 days from the date printed on actual estimate.

All invoices will be do net 30 days. Estimates under $1000 will be invoice at 100% upon shipment of equipment. Estimates over $1000 will be invoiced at 90% of the estimate upon shipment of equipment. Labor will be invoiced every 30 days or upon completion (whichever comes first.)

Please understand that our 30 terms are established with your company and NOT with your customers. Unless prior arrangements have been made all invoices are due within 30 days. While we sympathize with the trickledown effect of payment from customer to contractor to subcontractor to subcontractor, we have terms to meet with our manufacturers and were not in business to carry unpaid invoices. A service charge of 2% monthly (20% annual) finance charge will be assessed on all balances that are unpaid after the due date. Customer will agree to pay all collections cost and attorney fees necessary to collect past due amounts, also will cover all costs related to the enforcement the terms of sale. Wilson Electric Security Division will retain the title of all material / equipment and retain the right to remove said material / equipment if full payment is not meet in a timely manner.

Credit privileges may be suspended and additional orders may not be shipped if account is 60 days past due. Ordering privileges may be reinstated once the amount is brought current.(At discretionary of company)

If your account is constantly paid past the due date, credit privileges may be permanently revoked and all future orders would revert to COD.

Should your check be returned for any reason, the fee of $50.00 per item will be assessed and credit privileges may be revoked.

Wilson Electric Security division will warrant all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the equipment shipped or installed. All products shall be properly installed according to the manufacturers requirements.

Wilson Electric Security division is a provider of service and material to reduce certain risk of loss. Wilson Electric Security division does not guarantee that no loss will occur; and customer agrees that Wilson Electric Security division is not responsible for any losses that may occur customer is solely responsible for obtaining insurance to cover personal injury and property damage or loss on the customers premises, the customer agrees to obtain such insurance. Wilson Electric Security division systems will not be responsible for any damage or bodily injury when the product is installed and maintained according to the manufacturers requirements.

Wilson Electric Security division shall have no liability for any damage, loss, injury or any other claims arising from any service and alterations, modifications, changes, or movements of the covered system or any of its components or parts by customer or 3rd party. Wilson Electric Security division shall not be responsible for indirect incidental or consequential damages of any kind including that but not limited to damages arising from the use, loss, performance, or failure of covered system to perform. Wilson Electric Security division and customer agree that Wilson Electric Security divisions maximum liability to customer for any and all claims and liabilities of any nature or cause shall be limited to the total amount of 10% of the total labor collected for each individual job, but not to exceed in total of $10,000.00.

If customer cancels an order, the customer shall pay a restocking fee of 25% of the total amount of the total material cost. If customer cancels order during the installation process of the product a 50% restocking fee on total material cost, as well as 100% of labor of the quoted price. It and taxes will be added to the invoice unless customer provide

All estimates include equipment and standard ground shipping / handling, all programming / training (unless specified) is a separate charge. Overnight shipping will be an extra charge if customer requests this method

Customer will be responsible for the costs of any additional equipment and labor that which is not included in this estimate.

These terms and conditions apply to all present and future purchases made by customer, and will remain in effect unless Wilson Electric Security division notifies customer in writing via formal letter, e-mail, or telephone conversation.

FIRE ALARM ONLY ****

While the building is occupied, the customer agrees to ensure the fire alarm system is completely armed and powered at all times. Under penalty of law.
